If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google's OAuth service.

Create and manage your NBK account
Deliver, personalize, and improve our streaming Service
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts)
Send marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time

Crash logs and diagnostics — are retained for 90 days
After deletion of your account, residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.
